Use of Services
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

As a Microsoft Partner/Reseller, we may utilize Microsoft intellectual property as part of our services, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of our partnership agreement with Microsoft.
- User Content: By submitting any content, including comments, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license.
Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services, including any Microsoft products or solutions, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keysomatic LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, including Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or the use of Microsoft products or solutions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Keysomatic LLC, Microsoft Corporation, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or the use of Microsoft products or solutions.
Warranty
We are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on all Microsoft software and accessories purchased through our reseller platform. This warranty covers any potential defects in these products, ensuring your peace of mind and satisfaction with your Microsoft purchase. If you encounter any issues within the first year, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team for prompt assistance and resolution. Thank you for choosing us as your Microsoft reseller. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website.
